Due to the nature of our digital services, we do not accept returns on completed orders. However, if adjustments are needed to ensure quality standards, such as for editing or revisions, we offer a structured revision process. Our priority is customer satisfaction, and if the final product does not meet the original specifications, we will review and refine the content at no additional cost.
Refunds are assessed individually, and we strive to resolve customer concerns effectively. Refunds may be granted for orders that have not yet been assigned or started at the time of the request, but only in exceptional cases.
Refunds, if approved, take 5 to 15 business days to process and reflect in the customer’s account. A processing fee of $250 or 5% of the order amount (whichever is higher) applies. Refund approvals are subject to review by our support team, and refunds will only be issued through the original payment method. Customers will receive an email notification upon approval
Each service package includes a designated revision policy, detailed in the service description. Customers may request revisions within 5 to 10 days of their order being marked as "Awaiting Customer Approval." The number of allowed revisions varies by package. Revision requests should be sent directly to the assigned Project Manager upon receiving the completed work.
Customers have full ownership of the content delivered in a Word document format and may modify it as needed after order completion.
Cancellation Before Project Commencement: A full refund is available if our team has not yet begun working on your project. If you decide to cancel within one hour of order placement, you may request a refund.
Cancellation After Project Initiation: If work has already begun and revisions have been provided, a partial refund may be offered as compensation for the work completed.
Quality Concerns: If the final product does not align with the project requirements, customers are expected to request unlimited revisions first. If we are still unable to meet expectations, a refund may be considered based on a mutually agreed-upon percentage.
Late Delivery: If we fail to deliver the requested work within the agreed timeframe after at least three documented contact attempts, a refund may be granted once it is verified that the delay was due to our negligence.
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the initial order delivery, unless revisions have been requested. Requests made beyond this period will not be considered. Customers should take the refund window into account when placing orders.
Refunds will not be granted for minor technical errors such as grammatical mistakes, typos, slight word count variations, or missing references. In such cases, our team may offer partial refunds or discounts for future orders. Additionally, delays caused by the customer, such as failure to provide necessary details on time, do not qualify for refunds.
